Manual Lymphatic Drainage at Lessness Natural Health
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Introduction
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) (developed by Dr Emil Vodder and his wife Estrid in France in the 1930s) is a unique form of massage which has been devised to stimulate the lymphatic fluid and encourage the lymph to move freely around the lymphatic system. This renews, nourishes, strengthens and regenerates the cells of the human body, MLD also helps with the removal of waste products and excess fluid build-up from the system.
