Reiki Healing at Lessness Natural Health
Reiki Introduction
Reiki is a beautiful, simplistic healing technique. Non intrusive. Without religious attachment, and holding no sense of dogma. It harmonizes the energy by releasing deeply held tension and stress. So that when we feel relaxed and in a state of balance we then have the potential for self healing. To be strengthened energised and up lifted.
One of the joys of Reiki is that treatment is not restricted to the therapy room. With the client remaining fully clothed, it can be given any where, and at any time. Standing sitting or lying down.
The " Usui " method of natural healing was first practised and taught in the early 1920's in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui { August 15th 1865 } - { March 9th 1926 } Following a life changing vigil of twenty one days of fasting, meditation and prayer. Held on sacred Mount Kurama, just north of Kyoto.
Reiki is now taught all over the world. It may be used to treat family and friends. Or at practitioner level where self healing, personal development and teaching are an important part of its ethos.
